Explore my family genealogy through a chosen country (India), conducting in-depth research for powerful insights. Family Connection
My great grandfather started a textile factory which actively produced cloth until my father’s generation. The factory has looms and made cloth with patterns such as checks and delicate floral work.
Viewing Context
Here, I am showing a yarn spindle that was a essential part of the looms, while the background focusses on the checks pattern
General Country
India is a diverse country located in South Asia, bordered by the Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea, and the Himalayas. It has a rich cultural heritage and a diverse mix of religions, languages, and customs.
Viewing Context
Here, I am showing the national bird (Peacock) and the Sun God who is worshipped by devotees every morning. The sun also incorporates the symbol for the Hindu chant ‘OM’.
